About
Founded November 9, 1982 as Kritsada Investment Co., Ltd. under the trade name 'Krisda Nakorn', the company was renamed Krisda Mahanakorn in 1984 and listed on the SET under the ticker 'KMC' on May 10, 1991. In 2014, following restructuring, it was rebranded AQ Estate Public Company Limited (SET: AQ). Over four decades, AQ Estate has developed over 30 residential projects encompassing single detached houses, townhouses, and condominiums across Bangkok and its greater metropolitan area. Key residential brands include Krisda City (gated villages in Bangplii-Bangna), Krisda Nakorn (established neighbourhood villages), The Kris / The Kris Extra (mid-market condominiums on the Ratchada-Huai Khwang axis), and newer AQ-branded products (AQ Garden, AQ Shadi, AQ Virar, AQ Welle, AQ Arbor).
