Noble Development PCL was founded in 1991 by visionary Thai businessmen led by Mr. Kitti Thanakitamnuay, launching its first project Noble Park — a horizontal condominium, the first of its kind in Thailand. The company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1997 (ticker: NOBLE). In 2019, a new shareholding structure was established with major shareholders Mr. Thongchai Busrapan, Fulcrum Global Capital (Frank Fung Kuen Leung), and BTS Group Holdings PCL — aligning Noble closely with the BTS Skytrain network. Noble's philosophy 'We do not build houses, We create homes' and its tagline 'be different, be noble' have defined three decades of design-forward, BTS/MRT-connected residential projects in Bangkok. The company operates three distinct brands: Noble (premium-to-luxury condominiums in prime Bangkok corridors), NUE (mid-market condominiums and housing in emerging urban nodes along mass transit), and Noble Home (single detached houses, townhomes, shophouses and home offices in suburban Bangkok). The debut project, The Embassy Wireless, is located on Witthayu (Wireless) Road in Bangkok's most prestigious CBD address. With 757 units and a total project value of THB 11 billion, The Embassy Wireless targets international HNW buyers and was launched in November 2023 with initial pre-sales of THB 2.24 billion. Completion expected January 2028.
