Developed by Amal Group of Companies with a total investment of THB 11 billion (USD 315 million), the development is divided into three phases: Eden Residences (Phase 1, 50m to beach), Park Residences (Phase 2, 300m to beach), and Lake Residences (Phase 3, 500m to beach).
Phuket's first residential project to feature its own private park — 5 hectares with a 3.5 km walking path — with 70% of land dedicated to open green space. The development also includes Thailand's first collaboration with Italian fashion house Etro (Etro Residences Phuket).
Facilities include Asia's top wellness center with a 1,000 sqm gym, Blue Lagoon pool with sandy entrance, 6 swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, 8 restaurants, 2 kids' clubs, open-air movie theater, a 5-star hotel with 100 rooms, 6,000 sqm business center, and 8,000 sqm Adventure Gardens.
